This kid is obsessed over cars!! He can't get enough of them. He has to go to sleep with them in his hands and all over his bed. All he wants to do is be outside with his car or in a car. We have decided he will be the class clown at school. He loves it when people laugh especially at him. His vocabulary is getting a little better but still very limited.
I love this kid!! He has the best imagination ever. He decided after watching Tangled that he wanted be a mime for halloween. He practiced this expression over and over. I think he got it just right!! Cole is getting way too smart! He has an answer for everything and can solve any problem that comes his way. He had a hard time going to school for awhile, which I still haven't figured out why. But he loves going now but is glad it is almost over. We signed him up for t-ball and he is so excited!
And then there is our rock star! She is growing up way too fast. She finally lost her first tooth and was so excited! I was just excited for the drama to be over. She was so worried that it would never fall out and that the tooth fairy would never come, but it did and the tooth fairy came! I can't believe we have almost made it through our first year of Kindergarten. She is such a good reader and loves going to school to learn new things. She loves going to dance and showing us her new dances and we can't wait to go to her recital.

Swimming
We decided Cole needed some extra time with dad and so we put him in swimming lessons. I have an extreme fear of water. Just thinking about it and talking about makes me get anxiety. I worry about my children drowning and watching the news doesn't help my fear. But I don't want my children to grow up with that same fear and want them to have fun and be good swimmers. I am trying to overcome my fear but I know it will take time and thought maybe this would help ease my fear of water a little bit to see my kids having fun in the water. Cole loved every minute of his lessons and always had a big smile on his face. He passed level 1 and we are going to put him in level 2 towards the end of the summer. Teanna is excited his lessons are over so she can have her lessons. I am so glad we decided to do this for them and it was so fun watching Cole and seeing what an awesome little swimmer he his. Watch out Michael Phelps here comes Cole Sorensen!!
